For a long time, a new Finnish book on honey and bees has been published. Honey – nature’s own sweetener presents a variety of honeys, bee products, beekeeping and, of course, recipes in which honey can be utilized in many ways.

The book was written by Mari Koistinen, who works as SML’s consumer advisor. The publisher of the book is Paasilinna.
The book contains recipes e.g. restaurant Savoy and Restaurant School Perho, both of which also have their own beehives and their own honey. The book’s great pictures were taken by photographer Anna Autio.
