Uses of honey include marinating, seasoning, baking and preserving meat, fish and vegetables. Honey is suitable as a sweetener and flavor in juices, mulled wine, tea, coffee and drinks. Store honey at room temperature. If the honey crystallizes, you can get it back to flow by gently heating it (for example, in a water bath). Ingredients: only pure Finnish honey.
